This allows you to request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the service must not have been used excessively during the trial period.
After 30 days, refunds will not be processed, but you can still reach out to our support team for assistance with technical issues or account concerns. Cancellations can be requested at any time, and your service will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.
Please note that our refund policy only applies to the IPTV subscription services. Hardware and other non-subscription products are not eligible for returns. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
